This section contains information about ongoing excavations held by the Israel Antiquities Ahthority. The list contains the site's name, its excavator/s, a short description of the finds and some pictures. All excavations are also displayed on the interactive map. The information is displayed during a month, after which the excavation data will be shown under the Excavations’ Archive section. Once in the archive, the excavation data will not be updated any more.
